Free SWE‑2 in Devin Cloud extended into October after demand outstripped capacity

"Demand for SWE-2 in Desktop & CLI is unprecedented," said Silas Alberti.

Cognition announced that free access to its SWE‑2 model on Devin Cloud has been extended through October 8 after demand exceeded capacity.

The extension applies to Pro, Max and Teams subscribers, and the company said it has secured additional compute resources to accommodate the load.

Cognition noted that demand for SWE‑2 in its Desktop and CLI offerings was unprecedented, prompting the promotional extension.
