Cognition announced Dreaming, a new capability for its Devin AI that creates a persistent memory graph across user sessions and refines it overnight.
In a post on X, Cognition said Dreaming lets Devin “build a memory graph of how you like to work” and that the system “self‑improves its memory to remove stale records and discover latent information” during the night.
The announcement also noted that Cognition is creating an open‑source standard called Agent Memory Repo to define how agent memory can be stored and shared.
