Cognition adds Devin to Pylon support platform, offers $15,000 credits

Cognition announced that its Devin AI assistant is now embedded in Pylon’s customer‑support platform.

The announcement also noted that early partners include Turbopuffer, Reducto and LiteLLM.

Walden Yan, speaking on behalf of Cognition, said the teams worked “deep to make Pylon × Devin excellent for top teams like Turbopuffer, Reducto, LiteLLM,” adding that the goal is to let engineers spend more time shipping code rather than digging into support tickets.
