Devin Desktop, a native editor for developers, has released version 3.11.212. This update brings the Agent Window in line with the Devin web app interface, including the sessions sidebar, session view, Automations, Review, Wiki, settings, and Command Palette.
What shipped
- The Agent Window now allows users to drag and drop sessions, group sidebar sessions by workspace, and start a child session from any session’s menu.
- A new Files view shows a local session’s working directory or a cloud session’s machine as a file tree.
- The Changes tab now works for local sessions, with per-file diffs and a scope for changes since last seen.
- Terminals can be opened in a session’s add-tab menu, and files can be opened in the Agent Window’s editor with support for code actions and rename.
- Cloud sessions can be connected to a local machine, reading unsaved edits from open editors, and code scan sessions show a scan badge with a Findings view.
- Customizations and settings now match the Devin Cloud UI, with new shortcuts for cycling agent mode, going back and forward, and copying links to sessions.
