Devin Cloud has introduced several new features to enhance user experience and productivity. The latest updates include lightbox keyboard navigation, allowing users to move between images in the lightbox carousel using the arrow keys, and Mermaid diagrams, which are now part of the carousel alongside images.
What shipped
The updates also include a single Devin PR comment, which combines the PR intro comment and the ‘Original prompt’ details block into one comment. Additionally, Code Scan now allows multi-select findings, enabling users to assign several findings to a single Devin session or bulk-update their status.
The Code Scan feature also skips starting a session when there are no new commits in the repository, recording the run as completed with no ACU usage. Other updates include the addition of AWS and Braintrust MCP servers in the marketplace, Google Workspace MCP setup guidance, and security profiles that can permit custom MCP installations.
Implications for builders
These updates are expected to improve the overall user experience and streamline workflows for developers and teams using Devin Cloud. The ability to multi-select findings in Code Scan, for example, can save time and increase productivity.
Caveats
While these updates bring new features and improvements, it’s essential to note that some features, such as the Google Workspace MCP setup, require specific configurations, like enrolling in the Developer Preview.
