Devin CLI 3000.x: MCP status, usage, and reviewable autonomous diffs

Early July’s 3000.x CLI labels are a new version family, not year-3000 dates. Cognition’s ship dates for these two notes are July 4 and July 6. The story is operator visibility plus reviewable autonomous edits.

  • /mcp slash command with a live MCP server status panel — less guesswork when connectors are half-up.
  • ACU usage in /usage — spend visibility in the CLI itself.
  • Enterprise login policies enforced in the CLI.
  • sandbox.excluded allow/ask/deny (user and team) so specific commands can run outside the sandbox and skip sandbox proxy env.
  • Autonomous-mode edits now produce reviewable diffs; skill permissions: frontmatter applies to auto-approvals.
  • Fix: PowerShell $variable assignment prefixes in command approval parsing.
