Cognition announced a partnership with LTM to deploy Devin across LTM’s global client base — over 260 clients, including 26 of the Fortune 500 and the top 5 global banks. The first product of the partnership is BlueVerse RightLogic, a managed service that pairs Devin’s autonomous engineering with LTM’s security practice to clear vulnerability backlogs.
It is the first of five joint offerings the two companies plan to bring to market.
The product: RightLogic
RightLogic is an extension of LTM’s BlueVerse AI ecosystem. The service is built on three pillars Cognition laid out in the announcement:
Why this pairing
Cognition’s framing of the problem is blunt: AI-powered cyberattacks have tripled, security teams face 10–100x more findings (many false positives), and existing tools stop at detection — missing chained exploits that require reasoning about business logic, and leaving validation and remediation to humans.
Devin Security Swarm, launched July 1, was Cognition’s answer: detect vulnerabilities across the codebase, validate exploitability at runtime, and ship remediation PRs. Cognition claims major enterprises are already using it to find more verified vulnerabilities at 30% lower cost than the nearest comparable alternative. RightLogic operationalizes that capability as a managed service — the same engine, delivered through LTM’s enterprise relationships and regulated-industry expertise.
“Security has become a volume problem that no human team can staff its way out of. Devin lets security teams move from reporting issues to resolving them, and LTM brings the expertise and customer relationships to deliver that outcome at enterprise scale.” — Gardner Johnson, VP Global Partnerships, Cognition
Starting with banking
RightLogic will focus first on banking, financial services, and insurance — sectors where Cognition says Devin has been “thoroughly proven” and where LTM brings deep institutional expertise. The partnership will then scale to additional industries, with the broader portfolio of joint offerings spanning application modernization and SDLC transformation.
“The Financial Services sector is under constant pressure to strengthen security while accelerating AI adoption. Through BlueVerse RightLogic and Devin, we are helping clients reduce vulnerability backlogs, automate remediation, and improve cyber resilience across financial services, empowering them to innovate faster without compromising security.” — Harsh Naidu, Chief Business Officer – Banking & Financial Services, LTM
What to take from it
For security teams evaluating Devin, this is the clearest signal yet that Cognition is packaging its Security Swarm capability as a delivered service rather than a self-serve tool. The 80% backlog-clearance claim is jointly backed by LTM and Cognition — a vendor-and-partner figure, not an independent audit. The “first of five joint offerings” framing means the LTM relationship is a channel bet, not a one-off integration.
For Cognition watchers, the partnership extends a pattern: Mercedes-Benz (automotive), the DOE Genesis Mission (federal), and now LTM (financial services security). Each puts Devin inside a named industry program with a partner that brings the customer relationships Cognition’s engineering org did not build itself — the same thesis that drove the Windsurf acquisition a year ago.
